Moving from a building that we knew very well to a labyrinth that we were unfamiliar with proved to be an exhilarating challenge. The audience experienced the tour in groups of eight with each group leaving in 15 minute intervals. A total of 104 people saw the first Cultural Center Headphones Tour. The show transformed the building into an interactive tour of the major events in a single life. It was a “Critic’s Choice” selection of the Chicago Reader which called the show "whip-smart" and also commented that "the execution is wonderful."
